My Journey to Yoga
My journey with movement began at age five through dance, an art form that deeply shaped my character. It taught me that discipline and dedication are the cornerstones of skill, revealing the body as sacred and movement as a path to freedom. International performances opened my eyes to global cultures, nurturing a profound appreciation for diversity.
While an academic pursuit led me to the tech world, I soon recognized a void—a missing mind-body connection that left me feeling ungrounded. This search led me to yoga, a practice that instantly resonated and has since become a guiding force in my life. Yoga became my anchor, regulating my breath and nervous system, and offering a steadfast center amidst life's inevitable fluctuations.
Driven to deepen my understanding, I embraced a daily practice and completed 300 hours of teacher training in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga. I am grateful for the invaluable guidance received from my esteemed teachers: Nick Presser, Xinia van Wijk, Laruga Glaser, and Lu Andrade. My greatest joy is to share the profound gift of yoga with you, inviting you to reconnect, recharge, and elevate your overall well-being.
